To date, the largest judgment acquired by Brett Duke on behalf of an employee wrongfully terminated is $1,959,019.02,  A Las Cruces jury determined that Kim Stewart’s former employer Dona Ana County violated the New Mexico Whistleblower Protection Act and the New Mexico Human Rights Act.  The judgment on jury verdict included the award to the client of $1,000,000.00 for emotional distress and $309,680.00 for backpay.  The judgment included the award of attorney fees of $419,711.00 and $25,933.02 in court costs.
